or as more likely people have been waiting to see if any more sellers or t+3 traders appear and they can get stock cheaper.
No sellers abound so after a T+3 wait from the high last week, it's time to buy before the next leg up.

By my calcs WRR should be worth a base min of around 2c right now, and with upside from additional orders(bearing in mind calcs only based on Beam growing with cash drain of network services and no company focus on Beam....so it should be easy with some cash in the bank and focus to get more than 10% sales, plus a fair few new resellers have recently come on, so we would expect new income from them soon or now).

only the block at 1.3c to clear then straight back to 1.5c.
