Hi Steve I mostly trade short-term on small cap stocks on the ASX mostly 3 to 9 months is my definition of short-term trading on volatility..
I only came across KBL after the sell down to 0.004 cents in June, wasn't initially going buy any shares until last week after doing a lot of research on the company coming to the view it was undervalued with the volatility surrounding the POG as the US cannot raise interest rates, buying 3k worth at 0.007 cents as KBL has high leverage and the potential return has outweighed the risk I'm prepared to take.
With Core Retail Sales m/m in the US coming out Friday morning which will more than likely miss forecast firming investor confidence in gold, they cannot and wont be able to raise rates this year.
Will be taking a large long term position in these 3 stocks on the US market soon they include Brazil Resources (BRIZF) , K92 mining (KNTNF) and Golden Arrow Resources (GARWF) and Evolution Mining (EVN) on the ASX.
