primaus could well be correct - i would not be buying back above 80 cents if i were running the process until after the off-market tender has been wrapped up.
however, it may also be that they are not buying back during the last couple of weeks of march due to complexities around the pricing of the management fee for the quarter. . . . which will be ZERO in any event, but they may not want to be seen to be manipulating this.
