    The point of a buy back, is to get as MANY shares out of the market, and cancel them...hence increasing the value of those that remain listed.

    So when the price is at its lowest, you get more shares for each dollar you spend.

    They should be buying right now.

    They will start in the next week or two...according to CEO.
