    For what it's worth CDU announced it's buy-back on the 22nd Sep and started buying on 26th Sep according to ASX buy-back announcement. What "conditions" allow them to start on the 13th Oct?? Is this due to the fact that SRK runs late on every report/deliverable and so has made it a condition to run late with their buy back too?
