I don't beleive there to be any weighted average price conditions over 5 days. I may be wrong & have asked victor to clarify.

But according to link above & research saying the same thing it appears to me the only limit is 10% of the min. shares with voting rights held at the lowest point over 12 months.

Example If 130,000,000 shares with voting rights was lowest over 12 months. Then 10% of that could be bought back at any price in any volume on any day upto the 10%. Being 13 million shares.

Est. Cost @ avg of $0.80 = $10.4 million

I have asked for conformation or correction on my assumptions so please correct me if im wrong.
