Was that condition in the announcement or have you spoken to the office? Am I the only one that didn't know....lol

I don't think this is going up in a hurry, share buy-back or not. All large cap-ex, long lead projects have been lobbed into the same "too risky" basket and thrown out. Paulsens and the coal thing are pissant little projects designed to keeps peoples interest short term and I just hope they don't throw away a lot of money on perhaps dead-end little extras.

Only Top class projects will ultimately get funding and developed during the coming subprime winter and the market won't beieve any until it actually happens. That said there comes a price when even discounted for a few years wait some projects are worth backing and with an Enterprise Value around $15M (ie above cash) SRK has to be one of those. Put your hands up if you have cash and patience...lol
