I am neither a TA or FA expert so here we go...
TA. Looking at the 5 min chart. The stock price fell on Monday as supply came on the market but there wasn't the demand to absorb it shaking out more supply until the price fell down to where demand kicked in and absorbed all the supply. Buyers continued to enter and soak up supply sending the price back up again. As supply dried up the price has consolidated. There is now probably a bit of a distribution going on as supply appears to be coming onto the market to meet demand causing the share price to consolidate for the time being.
tl;dr - volatility.
FA. Donald wants a concrete wall. Nancy says no. Chuck says he doesn't mind him putting up a little bit of steel slat fencing. Donald doesn't like Chinese steel.
