It all depends on their surplus cash position. A juggling act as they look to grow their commercial book whilst waiting on an extended bank facility. Plus, they've got an interim div to fund at end of Q113.
Eventually they will get to a 50c price, no question, and the now existing volume must be tantalising to them.
