    I'm not sure how that would work.

    Even if he does buy back 31 millon more shares, there are still about 160 million shares left. At $8.5-9 they cost about $1.4 billion. A further $0.5 billion is needed to redeem TELYS3.

    Now, why would he spend all that cash when he is already treating SEV like a private company? What additional benefit is worth that much money?
