My hunch is that they are taking a break during the management fee pricing period which I think runs for the last two weeks of march, to avoid any perception of conflict of interest.

this, despite the fact that share price would need to be above $1.50 for any mgmt fee to be payable in any event!

will be interesting to see whether there is any share price weakness in the next two weeks as a consequence.
