Interesting situation. It definitely does sound like this is the case, but a shareholder vote is required...

I've been reading ASX delisting rules here:

From my 10minute read, I have gathered that:
- a shareholder vote is required, as the securities do not trade on any other exchange
- a 1 month period is required before delisting

What I can't find is the percentage of votes that must be FOR the delisting.

@Anyones guess - Do you happen to know where one would find this info?
(I don't actually hold, just curious)
