The major shareholder Leighton's Holdings has increased it's holding by 8,093,758 at on market prices between 82 and 89 cents. Their ownership goes from 40% to 43.4%! They also hold preemptive rights on 14.6% of the company held by David Devine and Ken Woodley. Now is a good time to increase a holding in this company. Leighton's will eventually buy this company outright and with the current share price it is a great time to top up....anyone else hold this company and have any views?
