When I say clearing ones name, I also meant clearing ones product. The perception is as far as I see it, that CXY's production method is detrimental to the environment. CXY state that is not so and the proofs were not there.
IMO without that being resolved then any future UCG project may not occur, whether here or overseas.
I would consider that value creation for shareholders.
Also I would not call the pursuit of suitable compensation as frivolous. IMO the closing of Kingaroy also caused the company to take a not insignificant financial hit.
If it was a matter of just satisfying an ego then I would agree with you. I do not consider the Court matters any such thing though.
