Madrum, I am not so sure of your statement " think it is important for CXY to pursue the Court matters to publicly clear their name" . . . frankly that's a recipe for blind alleys and a waste of shareholders cash.

Such an approach would ONLY be acceptable if it made COMMERCIAL success. Pursuing legal cases just because you want your name cleared, is a matter for Directors egos. Pursuing legal cases because it creates more value for shareholders is a much more sensible option.
