I asked how you came to 15%. I get approx 8.7% average annual return to shareholders, so not at all bad.
The return I calculate as 1% capital growth a year( generous as I use pre tax NTA plus a bit extra) based on the company last NTA. And dividends of 87.3. Franking not included as some can't use.
