A bit inflammatory with this - ( technically in ‘deficit’ perhaps , as they are given the percentage ownership but have nil funds to input - and do have ownership of produced percentage of the resources , not owning the mining development, legal , enormous exploration and input cost !! Which general shareholders bear. It is a highly commendable deal - very respectful for the landowners . Plus they will be employed , excellent training , education , and have community built up , infrastructure, communications, electricity etc etc resulting through positive development )
