You could check with the company- I think they really may have company policy to disallow ownership of shares / ‘Trade in the companies securities ‘. By employees .
The CEO put up his own money - provided the ongoing capital , for shares also I think.
I think things got so sensitive along the way and with landowners sensibilities when being told conflicting things by other interested parties also? The path have to be negotiations -Best also for them . Ryan M organised for them to be the majority shareholder instead .
Clearly - conflict of interest removed . And also conflict of interest with knowledge of whatever happening . Nil vested interest by others also consulting with departments and legals also .
I’d be sure for instance - that the AG , the PM , the Mines minister - do not own shares in any companies seeking to prospect in the SI now either .
I don’t think company employees to date , have or can own shares .
CEO clearly does again . And stumped up own ( ex-salary ) Funds you may say - for shares .
The CEO is utterly focused as I understand. Determinedly loyal , works tirelessly, probably is very tired could imagine , for the company .
Only a management of 3 . Mines personal be ineligible at present from share ownership .
I hope this changes too . But I can respect how they’ve managed this .
I don’t regard as issue .
I like very much to generally see directors buying in market also .
I look forward to seeing who will join the Board , as announced - and ‘strengthen ‘ the board . Moving forward .
Very deserved to have more muscle come in , relieve the CEO and tiny team , & add skills to the management.
There are to be many new “mining professionals”- announced as already contracted to commence working .
Overall - no 1 , has been to just finally get the licences back . Also now additional tenement land , much done forward , EIS, SAA , full mine developement building approvals etc , and camp construction commenced .
Just the long- awaited licence to mine in hand !
That’s the biggest important part .
Incredible history here .
Easy to whinge , and people complain - if they’re not the people in charge or actually at the coalface where the going is usually far more complicated. And tough . Huge workloads and nitty gritty , noone ever can perceive unless directly involved.
