I'll agree what is happening at 4DS should have no bearing on WBT SP ... but it seems like it does: WBT seems to move lower when 4DS runs hard. I'm thinking there are enough people holding both who've sold at least some of their WBT to ride the run on 4DS that it increases the selling pressure on WBT.
Personally, I've moved the other direction and sold about half my 4DS holding so I'm now freeholding, and increased my position on WBT. I'm not convinced of the hype of an impending 4DS takeover, and aside from that there's no logical justification for the sudden disparity in market caps that were until recently almost identical.
