never good to see a director selling but most (1,195,008) were sold in one transaction today, obviously pre-arranged

Tenardi has sold all of the shares held in his superfund

Tenardi was a seed capitalist & acquired his shares for:

    4,460,885 x 0.001 cents each
    1,507,200 x 7.9 cents each
2,531,915 x 0.000 cents each (JORC performance shares)

whilst never disclosed, at some time he transferred 1,500,000 shares to his superfund from his family trust account, which must be done at market value, so he probably transferred when the shares were trading at around 7.9 cents, to avoid paying tax

my guess is he needed the money

he is not exactly young, obviously can access the superannunation & is only paid $40,000 per year

apart from that, AKA looks top-heavy, with AKA spending $315,767 on Luke Atkins in 2012 for i am not sure what (and also spending $239,348 on Ric Dawson for running the ship)

in summary, Tenardi has cashed out his only monetary investment in the company, acquired for $118,810 and sold for $153,000
