    the Ferndale JORC will help but I'm sure that this is takeover positioning. Boardwalk (CWK -20%) being thrown into the AZT/WHC merger means that this probably will only occur after the merger is completed.
    substantial shareholder notice might give us some clues soon.
    80c was a bit of a price speedbump but has been taken out very quickly today.
