yet to be convinced Blade/PKO will retain Cadlao, I think it could easily go the way of Bonita, for the same reasons.
That leaves SBA, will OXX holders think it will be worth taking onboard PKOs baggage, for 37% SBA ? I wouldn't if I was OXX holder. Plus, lets be honest, Cadlao is still a can of worms.
OXX holders ex-Albers and directors will decide.
