and I am staying with the view that we will and should get something. if we don't, it will be very questionable - the whole bloody sequence of events. opens up the situation for the business and people to be liable for a legal challenge. we know the authorities are already looking at this.
dyor, BTW, has anyone had a legal opinion on whether this whole situation is challengeable through a class action?
