    If Murdoch holds 7% and Gordon holds 15% of the stock in TEN and they want to buy and own 100% between them, why don't the remaining 78% of shareholders get some return on investment.

    So is the fact that two investors guarantee a loan but when they will not guarantee the loan they pay it out and get ownership?
