Your post caught my eye - been doing a bit of quick reading.
From previous legal announcement it seems only $2milion due straight away??
"The settlement amounts payable to the plaintiff by OM (75.5% owned by Shaw River) comprise: o a cash payment of US$2 million; and o royalties of a capped amount of NAD20 million (approx. US$2.4 million), which are payable following the commencement of production at the Otjo Project."
The capped $2.4million only due after mining/production begins which is a fair way off no doubt.
Yet it looks like they have about $11 million in cash last report
Can't see that this has traded this low since late 2008, early 2009.
Am I missing something?!!!
Grades - as suggested by asf? Still OK for Market cap at 7cents?
