I would have thought this is a good buy, strategically sound. They have cash and CASH is KING!! Therefore negotiation of acquisition will sit well with cash as it's preferred in the market place. given finance liquidity spreads. ROY will be happy, but you wouldn't be giving up cash if it didnt suit the long term strategy.
