    my guess..... an only a punt...without looking much further.

    MHL will undertake a heavy consolidation pre-raising - 100/1 ?

    $90m will be raised through International Institutions & startegic investor in line with the consolidation...

    New Structure something like below or maybe doubled up.

    4000,000,000 @ 100/1 = 40,000,000

    200,000,000 @ 50c = $100M

    240,000,000
