Andy ,it might not be all over yet , one sinerio might be where the shares are bought up at 1 cent , then some good news is realeased to the market such as persuing a contactor or the like & share go to 3 cents , then sold back down ; in effect giving the dying horse a few hits of oxygen , & thereby creating a few opportunities, just my speculative thoughts , DYOR
