Hey Hello, both current and recently departed directors hold around 10% of shares on issue, no doubt it's in their interest for this venture to work and the SP to appreciate accordingly.

It's always good to see directors buying, especially during an SPP, but that would be just a drop in the ocean compared to their holdings.

In that context participating in the SPP and that being a reflection of their intent might appear a bit mooted. These guys stand to lose millions in potential wealth if this venture doesn't work.
