Rat informs/misinforms us via notices or lack of....
Rat hasn't informed us they stopped the RAT buyback -
= RAT buyback still in place and for the stated purposes....
So why management is not valuing Rat & buying ?
Maybe management can't justify existing.....
or grow a brain & even communicate that one day!
Until then we'll just entertain each other,
staying misinformed resulting from reading between the lines:)
