    WE shouldn't be initiating anything... THEY(Management of the company) should if they think it's the right thing to do.. all WE can do is decide for ourselves what decisions we think THEY will make and the effect to us, which would tell us what to best do with our shares.... unfortunately for me, I don';t know how to quite decide that
