Court gags building unionist

ABSTRACT
A union member has been gagged for making threats against a Perth construction company. It is alleged that Joe McDonald warned of a negative media campaign if Diploma Group did not sign a building enterprise agreement within one week. The Federal Court of Australia has placed an interim injunction on McDonald and the Construction, Forestry, Mining & Energy Union, stopping them from speaking to the media.
