There is an article in today's financial review (page 5) regarding DGX and ""substantial souring in relations" with the CFMEU.
It talks about how the union has been blocking access to sites, threatening DGX managers and to run a "media campaign" if it didn't sign up to a union agreement.
It also mentions the numerous legal cases the CFMEU has against them regarding their antics.
Look, I think DGX will be okay as long as they can somehow work to get the union back on side. (My earlier posts highlighted the risk with the CFMEU).
But be under no illusion guys, this union has cost DGX plenty.
