Not surprised by this announcement, they lack diversification, they lack a good management team and they continue to build apartments in a Perth market that is flat at best.

On another note:

Some posters give an honest appraisal on a stock even though they dont hold it and are questioned why? like the numerous posts and emails that I received.

Well, because some posters dont want to see people be burnt by the pump and dumpers. Where are these people now? that's right, there off and probably taken my advice and jumped onto GCS.
