the current price is well bellow their intended average purchase price based on the amount of shares they expected to buy and how much they were prepared to spend.
So, current share price below their expected price. nearly a quarter of the way through the buy back. My view is they are leaving it way too late. Their would be no harm in at least creating a floor at 30 cents.
nice announcement on top of a few late last year. Lke to know what's on their work books now for the next few years.
