    Hi Sydney,

    There is a big difference between a REIT (which is your comparision) and a developer. IIF for example is a REIT.

    Check out the comparision of similar companies in the DGX presentation.

    I'm more than happy to have buys stack in the low 30s.

    Given there has been ZERO volume today, I happy to wait to see what happens when they start buying on market.
