In the annual report, current Net Asset backing is 20.6c/share, and WA real estate price retreated 5% last quarter, so in short term, SP would be under presure.
Normally the Property development companies trading at a discount to its Net Asset backing, but DGX trading 60% higher than its Asset backing.
$10 million profit is an excellent result, but uncertainty still remain at high level for AUS's real estate market.
(BTW TTC, I admire you now because of the MHM story, although I still think it overvalued.)
