    Think we should all sit back and see how the buyback unfolds before making any judgment of its merits or otherwise.
    Also agree with TTC in that if you eliminate any downside the upside will take care of itself.
    If DGX decided to pay out a special dividend it would turn into an ex dividend dump fest so am more than happy they have decided on a buyback option but time will tell.
