    Buybacks work on stocks that are not liquid, but not always on stocks that are.

    I bought on the fundamentals of the company (P.E of 4.5, no corp debt), and the fact there is a known buyer about to hit the market.

    Given that the company is only spending the money it raised at 45c on buying the stock back cheaper is a great move IMHO.
