Full of negatives? I didnt think so, I gave you examples of companies that have started buybacks that have clearly not worked. I have told you that the building game in WA is run by a militant union. DGX is only in WA and you would only need to look up other high profile builders that have failed or have nearly gone to the wall, google up Raine Square building. I'm just telling you why the insto's stay clear of the WA building game. I also gave you a possible better option than a buyback, buying someone else, moving into the smaller end of the market.

But, I would expect a minority of people not to like this view and to be kept in the dark. Your view about limited downside would be correct, but that's what your doing, looking at downside first. I look for upside.

I dont own the stock, that was incorrect, I do however work within this industry and know it well.

Can you explain why the share price hasnt moved up then with this announcement? Give a view.
