Frankly, I really don't see why Saville doesn't buy the company outright on-market and quit this bizarre restructure joke....It obviously wouldn't cost a lot - and he/ERG would gain all the proceeds from the Sydney litigation - if any. He can have all mine for 5¢ each.....
