Nothing abnormal at all-
Just the market going into pre-closing before 4pm........where trading pauses and any bid or offer can be made at any price - often causing a pricing overlap. Then at 4.10pm the overlap trades at the market determined overlapping midpoint price trades. The last gasp of the day to certainly buy or sell.....
