Hi,
This is more a general trading question but it relates to OEX today. I was wondering what's going on with small trades close to the bell.
I noticed someone sold 16,500 shares at 4.10pm. But when I was looking at the bids they had them to sell at $0.17 and someone was buying at $0.185.
Is this some sort of an attempt to manipulate the final price for the day?
Is it legal?
