That will always be a difficult question to answer.
What i do know is that i can allocate a portion of my trade/invest capital to speccy stocks for a particular amount of time.
Generally that is an indefinite limit but obviously i have criteria to judge winners and losers and therefore wont hold a looser forever.
I believe this stock has the fundamentals to be at a higher price than what it is now. I think it can easily make it to .15 cents - which is over 100% of its current price.
