UBS who have undoubtedly done some research into AGL has their price target at 27.50.
I believe there are other bullish assesments from other brokers as well.
Certainly AGL occupies a very competitive market but the fact they are offering deals tends to make me feel they are trying to build on existing market share, and this is what you do in a competitive market, so no worries here.
