I think if you peruse BHP's ann regarding the purchace it was about 1/10th that good.
BHP paid $8726 an acre plus another $0.5billion for production assets and they only got 2.4TCF recoverable.

That per acre price would value our share of 218 and 855 at $1 069 149 897.33
Current MC of ADE is approx $50mil you know how the rest of this story goes :)
