    AS A NON OPTION HOLDER I HOPE THEY DONT "GET INTO THE MONEY" AS I WOULD PREFER MY HOLDINGS NOT BE DILUTED - AGAIN!  THERE ARE WAY TO MANY SHARES IN THE COMPANY WITHOUT MORE HITTING THE MARKET..

    AND IF THEY DO GET IN THE MONEY - THE OPTION HOLDERS WILL ONLY SELL THEIR SHARES AND FLATTEN THE SP YET AGAIN!
