Now my blood is boiling! Of course the board is going to recommend to shareholders they accept the offer. The board probably read the minutes from both companies at each board meeting. But good find with the research. I wasn't aware of the worldwide glut of salmon, we buy salmon regularly and haven't noticed the prices coming down which you usually get with an oversupply.
I'm surprised no one else has said this yet but.....Something smells a bit fishy.
