CSIRO are good for two things, spending government grant funds.. and trialing things to spend that government grant money on.. regardless if it's a complete failue.
I have a cousin who works for CSIRO as an Environmental engineer and surveying. He has mapped and covered at least 70% of all projects in mining in WA...
I had a conversation with him couple weeks ago about Atmospheric leaching and heap leaching.. as he follows Nickel producers closely.. his own opinion was..
"Its pointless"..
