    To me the company extending take up day til the 23rd shows they must be confident of the commerciality of Malalos

    The 5th of May could have been short to get flow rates, by the 23rd we will have an extended flow rate and everyone will be able to make an easy decision my guess is we will get flow rates about a week prior to the 23rd
